I had a very good friend once tell me that even though the man in the moon is a god, he can’t change your heart. This is a great reminder for a lot of people, including myself. I’m a big believer in the power of the will to change.

I would argue the power of the will to change comes from the very fact that you yourself are creating the change. If I could change my own life and my own actions, then I would be a much better person. But then it really is a choice, not a fact.

This is a very important point. We all have the power to change our lives, but we each have the ability to create a life that is good for us. For example, if you have a good attitude and a positive outlook, you will probably be a less depressed person. If your attitude is negative and you have a poor outlook on life, you will probably be a more depressed person. So instead of trying to change your life, you could choose to create the life you want to live.

You could choose to do things that are great for you. You might choose to live a better life than you are capable of living. Or you might choose to try to change your life so that it is better than you could ever hope to be. There is no way to tell what the outcome will be, but many of the best aspects of our lives are a direct result of our choosing to make positive changes in our lives.
