This is a great book for anyone who wants to learn about the power of self-awareness. It is written by author/philosopher Dr. Daniel Amen and is a fantastic read that provides valuable tools that can help anyone achieve their goals.

I’ve read this book a few times lately, and it has always been a good read. I have not read it in its entirety, but I recommend it in general to anyone who may be confused about what they are capable of achieving in life.

Amen writes eloquently about the power of self-awareness, and how it can help anyone achieve their goals. But what most people don’t realize is that self-awareness is not something that can be taught. It is a learned skill that occurs naturally, and is a skill that each of us must develop for ourselves.

It is true that self-awareness is a gift that comes with training, and that training in itself gives one the ability to succeed. But we can only know ourselves in the same way we know others. We must learn to look at ourselves as others do. And this is where we fall short. We fail to truly know ourselves. When we do not see ourselves as others do, then we must first look at ourselves as a blind person.

I’m sure there are people on the internet who have a very strong self-awareness that is far more advanced than what we have. I believe that most of us are not nearly as advanced as these self-aware people. We have our own set of blind spots, whether it’s the inability to see the flaws in our own lives, or the failure to realize that we need to be more present in our own day-to-day lives.

We have the ability to create a “self” that is as far away from us as possible, and I believe that this is one of the reasons why we are so successful in a digital world. We’re able to create a “self” that we are not. We use that “self” a lot of the time to accomplish things that we may not always be able to accomplish ourselves.

One of the most interesting things we can do is clean up our own blind spots. I’m not referring to the fact that we tend to be distracted by things that are outside of our comfort zone. Instead I am referring to the fact that we can clean up our own blind spots. I have a friend who says that she only sees herself as a blind spot when she doesn’t even know exactly what that is.

To be honest, I have noticed that I have a fairly good sense of my own blind spots. Therein lies the problem. I can see my own blind spots because I’m so aware of them. It’s why I can recognize my own faults and turn them around to become my greatest assets. But if I dont recognize my own blind spots, I can’t turn around and change them. That’s the trap.

So what do you do when you’re blind to your own mistakes? A lot of people say, “just clean up my own blind spot.” That works for me. I say, “well, I dont know my blind spots.” It also works for me when a person can tell me exactly what their blind spots are. I call it “cleaning up the blind spot.” I could say, “you’re blind to the fact that you have a problem with cleanliness.

The problem with cleaning up your own blind spot is that it doesn’t fix the problem. Cleaning up your own blind spot is like taking your blind spot off. You still need the glasses so you can see. But the glasses are no longer helping you see because you’ve removed it from your own blind spot. You can still use them, but you’ll still need to look carefully.
