The idea is that you will be able to swim under water and then get a tattoo on your skin. This is a bit of a stretch to me because I do not wish to get a tattoo in the ocean. I would much rather have a tattoo in a nice, sunny beach park or in a lake. But since I am never afraid of water, I guess I will take your suggestion and get a tattoo in the ocean.
